Volcanic eruptions, a prevalent natural disaster in Indonesia, pose significant threats due to the presence of over 130 active volcanoes, with 129 concentrated on Java Island alone. Among these, Mount Merapi stands out as the most active and perilous, situated 30 kilometers north of Yogyakarta City, spanning the administrative boundaries of Yogyakarta Special Region and Central Java. Educational institutions, particularly schools, serve as vital hubs equipped with resources and infrastructure that demand meticulous preparation for potential disasters. This research endeavors to assess the level of school preparedness in the face of disasters, with a specific focus on volcanic eruptions. Through data processing and analysis, it is discerned that Y Primary School in Girikerto village exhibits the highest average preparedness score across five criteria: disaster management plan, community action plan, rehabilitation efforts, early warning system, and competency (89.66%). This is followed by X Primary School (82.39%) and Z Primary School (22.61%). In a broader context, the study reveals that 17.4% of respondents exhibit low preparedness, 4.35% fall within the medium preparedness category, while 34.8% and 43.5% demonstrate high and very high preparedness respectively.
2024-06-20T02:31:51+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://sjdgge.ppj.unp.ac.id/index.php/Sjdgge/article/view/581 Disaster Management Literacy in Higher Education Environment: A Study of Students at Universitas Tidar 2024-06-20T02:37:39+00:00 Atika Atika atika@untidar.ac.id Suwandoko Suwandoko suwandoko@untidar.ac.id Shefa Dwijayanti Ramadani shefa@untidar.ac.id Herlita Prawenti herlitapr@untidar.ac.id Resti Kurnia Triastanti r.triastanti@untidar.ac.id Ari Mukti arimukti@untidar.ac.id Moh. Plate interactions cause seismic phenomena that have an impact on human life. This research aims to identify the factors that influence earthquakes in Cugenang District and determine earthquake-prone zones located in Cugenang District. The data is processed using a weighting system and Spatial Multi Criteria Analysis (SMCA). This overlay technique uses four parameter maps, namely rock formation maps, slope slope maps, earthquake distribution and scale maps, and geological structure maps. Making maps using geographic information system analysis and remote sensing. The main factor in the damage that occurs is due to fault movement at fine depths and the type of lithology, causing damaging vibrations. The results of the research show that Cugenang District has areas that are very high, high, medium and low prone to earthquakes. High zoning is along the fault movement path, medium category division is in areas far from the epicenter and faults, and low earthquake prone areas are very far from the epicenter and fault alignment. Making a map of earthquake-prone zoning in Cugenang District can be a recommendation for development. The government needs to carry out building code management for buildings that will be built and place buildings in zones that are safe from fault movement.
2024-06-20T02:46:09+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://sjdgge.ppj.unp.ac.id/index.php/Sjdgge/article/view/593 Analysis of The influence of Attractions, Amenities, Accessibility, and Ancillary on Service Satisfaction for Visitors of Coastal Tourism Objects Manohara Pidie Jaya District 2024-06-20T02:52:22+00:00 Cut Hamidah hafith240@gmail.com Rahmi Novalita rahminovalita1111@gmail.com Hariki Fitrah hafith240@gmail.com
This research aims to describe; 1) the influence of attractions on visitor service satisfaction at the Manohara Beach tourist attraction, 2) the influence of accessibility on service satisfaction for visitors at the Manohara Beach tourist attraction, 3) the influence of amenities on service satisfaction for visitors at the Manohara Beach tourist attraction, 4) the influence of Ancilary on satisfaction services for visitors at the Manohara Beach tourist attraction, 5) the influence of attraction, accessibility, amenities and ancillary together on service satisfaction for visitors at the Manohara Beach tourist attraction. This study employs a two-dimensional electrical resistivity imaging (2D ERI) survey to model the subsurface structure of volcanic deposits at Talamau Mountain in West Pasaman, Indonesia. The survey was conducted to map the spatial extent, depth, and composition of these deposits, providing insights into their geophysical properties. The 2D ERI technique, which measures the electrical resistance of subsurface materials, allowed for the differentiation between various types of volcanic deposits based on their resistivity contrasts. Results from the survey reveal distinct layers of volcanic breccia, coarse tuff, fine tuff, and lava flows which are segmented by a fault that runs northeast to southeast. It is apparent in the 3D modelling results of the inversion of three 2D cross-sectional profiles that the trend in volcaniclastic materials has changed from aggradation to progradation. The integration of 2D ERI data with 3D geological modelling and stratigraphic analysis enhances our understanding of the volcanic history and subsurface complexity of Talamau Mountain. This approach not only aids in volcanic hazard assessment but also contributes to the broader geophysical knowledge of volcanic terrains for geologists and hazard mitigation planners in Talamau volcanic regions.
2024-06-20T02:58:22+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://sjdgge.ppj.unp.ac.id/index.php/Sjdgge/article/view/577 The Influence of Learning Style and Learning Motivation on Student Learning Outcomes in Science Subjects Natural and Social 2024-06-20T03:02:20+00:00 Kukuh Winarno rahminovalita1111@gmail.com Rambang Muharramsyah rahminovalita1111@gmail.com Rahmi Novalita Rahmi Novalita rahminovalita1111@gmail.com
This research aims to describe; a) The influence of learning styles on student learning outcomes in Natural and Social Sciences subjects, b) The influence of learning motivation on student learning outcomes in Natural and Social Sciences subjects, c) The influence of learning styles and learning motivation on student learning outcomes in subjects Social Science and Natural Sciences lessons. Hersey and Balanchard also stated in their book Edgar H. Schein stated that a successful manager must have a good diagnostician who can assess the patient's emotional state. If a person's behavior and characteristics vary greatly, then he or she must have a high level of sensitivity and diagnostic ability in order to recognize and understand the behavior in question. But even with strong diagnostic abilities, managers frequently lack effectiveness unless they can modify their management approach to better suit the demands of their surroundings.

Like Hersey and Blanchar, heads of state must have the personal integrity and skills necessary to adapt to situations. If the needs and motive background are different, then it is necessary to do it in a different way. Situational emulation is based on the following: The degree of relationship behaviors (or socio-emotional support) and task behaviors (or guidance and direction) that the leadership provides. the degree of obedience participants saw in completing particular duties, obligations, or objectives.

The influence of situational leadership is felt in the team leader's interactions with team members. Participant safety is paramount in every situation. Not only because they individually like and respect the leader, but also because as a group they are very aware of the personal power that the leader has. The goal of this study is to ascertain how situational leadership is applied at the Branch Office of the Cabang Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah VIII Mentawai Islands Regency to motivate employees to work and foster a work-commitment culture. This study uses a case study as its foundation. In this study, methods for gathering data included interviewing, documenting, and participatory observation. Utilizing source triangulation techniques, data was processed. The study's conclusions indicate that 1) The maturity of members is the basis for leaders in taking managerial action and decision making. 2) The maturity of leaders in leading also influences the maturity of members. 3) Mature leaders are able to manage the maturity of their members so that they have good performance, 4) Mature leaders are also able to build the maturity of their members so that they have strong work commitment.
2024-06-24T04:30:49+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://sjdgge.ppj.unp.ac.id/index.php/Sjdgge/article/view/571 Application of an assisted discovery learning Model e-lkpd to improve geography learning outcomes class x at sman 2 sungai rumbai dharmasraya regency 2024-06-24T04:42:46+00:00 Delli Hardianti Efrianti dellihardiantii@gmail.com Syafri Anwar dellihardiantii@gmail.com
ABSTRACT

This research aims to, 1) determine students' learning activities in geography learning by applying the discovery learning model assisted by E-LKPD class E-LKPD class X at SMAN 2 Sungai Rumbai.
